These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Nexrum's AI-powered mock interview platform, including all associated websites and services (collectively, the "Service"). By registering for or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the Service.
You must be at least 15 years of age to use Nexrum. By using the Service, you represent that you meet this requirement and that all information you provide is accurate and complete. If you are using Nexrum on behalf of an educational institution or organisation, you represent that you have authority to bind that entity to these Terms.
Nexrum provides AI-powered mock interview sessions with real-time feedback on content quality, communication skills, and composure. Features include resume-based question generation, nervousness detection, eye contact tracking, filler word analysis and progress dashboards.
Nexrum facilitates connections between users and verified industry professionals for premium one-on-one interview coaching sessions. Nexrum acts as a platform intermediary and is not responsible for the quality, accuracy or outcome of sessions conducted by independent experts.
Educational institutions may access Nexrum under a separate B2B agreement which supplements these Terms.

All content, technology, algorithms, brand elements, and materials on the Nexrum platform are the exclusive intellectual property of Nexrum and its licensors. Nothing in these Terms grants you any ownership rights in our platform or content. You retain ownership of your personal content (resume, responses) but grant Nexrum a limited, non-exclusive licence to use it solely for providing the Service.
Nexrum's feedback, scores, and recommendations are generated by artificial intelligence and are intended for educational and practice purposes only. They do not constitute professional career counselling, psychological assessment, or employment guarantees. Actual interview performance and hiring decisions depend on many factors outside our control.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Nexrum shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Service. Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by you to Nexrum in the three months preceding the claim.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Nexrum, its founders, officers, employees and partners from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any third-party rights.
Nexrum reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms, fraudulent activity, or any behaviour that we determine, at our sole discretion, to be harmful to the platform or other users. You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us at www.nexrum.ai.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If unresolved within 30 days, disputes shall be submitted to binding arbitration in accordance with the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996, with the seat of arbitration in India.
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. We will provide at least 7 days' notice of material changes via email or platform notification. Continued use of the Service after the effective date constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
